![]() Select Symantec Encryption Desktop, then click Decrypt "" with Symantec File Share.To decrypt the folder, right-click on the folder you wish to decrypt.On encrypted folders, you will see the Symantec File Share tab and it will list users who have access. To verify that the folder is encrypted right-click on the folder and select Properties. For Windows 10 machines the blue lock icon may not appear on the folder.For Windows 7 machines when the folder is encrypted, it should have a blue lock icon next to it as shown in the image below.Click Finish at the next window prompt as shown below, it will include a list of all added users.On the "Select Signer" dialog box, leave the Select Signer as and Click Next at the prompt below.You should now see something similar to the window below containing your name, the umflint master key, and all the users you have added to have access.Be sure to add the user once they are found by clicking on their name in the "Results" windowpane and clicking the Add button below so that they get moved over to the "Keys to add" window pane area.Click the magnifying glass icon to begin the search.In the Search textbox, enter the user's uniqname that you would like to add.From the User Selection window, Click on.Click the Add button which will bring you to the User Selection window.If you want to add other users so that they can access the encrypted folder:.If you are adding additional users, see below.
